To resend the registration activation email is to click on the view “ResendActivationEmails”.  It is the last menu item on the left.  This view will only list registrations with pendingactivation status and only registrations created after 11/17/2014 (this is when the link started getting captured in the background).

You can only resend to the registrations listed in this view. Any registrations prior to 11/17/2014 cannot be regenerated with the proper doclink.

Select the registration(s) you wish to resend the activation email to and go to the Actions menu item and select ResendEmail. This will kick off an agent right then to resend the activation email containing the link to activate the registration.

Log in to Travel Tracker

Click on at the top in IE

The following will appear

Click on “Add” and then close

Close and reopen the browser –

Retry the issue – will work.
