A School Bookkeeper indicates she is not getting emails on the invoices for the Travel Tracker

 

The invoices are released by transportation. Once invoices are released, we send reminder emails once a week on Monday morning IF they have any invoices that have been released. The bookkeepers can sign on at any point and see what has been released but will only get reminder emails on Monday morning.


First, check the setup table for that location to make sure that this person is listed correctly.


Sign into the customer’s system with ccideveloper. Go to School Finance tab. Select the school that this person is with from the drop down. Select a status of “Approved for Payment” – these are the ones that transportation has released. Note that you can see the date that the invoice was approved on the right side of the entry – on the Monday following this approval, the bookkeeper should have received an email.
