Questions to ask if a customer needs to cancel a trip.

Only users that submitted a trip can cancel the trip.  Approvers and transportation admins can also cancel a trip.  However - be aware that if any vehicles assigned on that trip have been marked as approved for payment or have been paid, the trip cannot be cancelled.

Questions you might ask?

  1. Do you know the trip number?
  2. What is the date of the trip?
  3. Did you submit the trip request under your email login?

You have the ability to open the trip and scroll to the bottom to see which email address actually submitted the trip request.
