The ability to edit a trip once submitted

 The requester can edit the trip once submitted as long as the trip has not yet been approved. Once the trip has been approved at any level, the requester cannot change most of the trip items. If a requester needs to change the date of the trip, they will need to click on the Reschedule button.

Go to the main tab, click on the trip number. Look to see who submitted the trip. The approvers can edit items on the trip if needed.


An end user mistakenly checked yes for Third Party Payment, can they change this? Once this trip has been approved the end user is not allowed to edit this. They must go to the transportation admin user.
