The way this works is that when the trip gets its final approval (the last approval box on the trip at the bottom) – the user that should assign the buses should get an email within 30 minutes of the final approval. See the screen print – in this case there was just one approval level and the last approval was obtained on Oct 6 at 9:16. Therefore, the email should have gone to him by 10:15. Get this information to Barbara and if she can see if the email was delivered. |
