An approver or bus owner indicates that they are not getting emails in the Travel Tracker

 

First – determine the users role (are they an approver or bus owner?). Look at the Setup Tables in TT to determine (hint – use the Exports/Export Locations).

Find out a sample trip in question. Open the trip in TT.

For example, a user wes.herlocker@stanlycountyschools.org indicates that he is not getting emails to assign the bus.

The way this works is that when the trip gets its final approval (the last approval box on the trip at the bottom) – the user that should assign the buses should get an email within 30 minutes of the final approval. See the screen print – in this case there was just one approval level and the last approval was obtained on Oct 6 at 9:16. Therefore, the email should have gone to him by 10:15. Get this information to Barbara and if she can see if the email was delivered.
