Travel Tracker Export Not Showing All Expected Data

 

Under ‘Exports”, Customer has Clicked on ‘Export to Excel’ in Travel Tracker (for example)


In the spreadsheet, all expected data does not show. For example, only a small number of entries show.












However, if CCI person pulls their data, they see much more.

 

 



 

Go Back to export and check what is actually being exported

 

In this example, the Requesting Location was set to ‘000 Transportation’

Select ‘All’, Export again and all the data will pull in for the customer
