A user does not see the tabs that they should be seeing in the Travel Tracker

 

A user does not see the tabs that they need (for example, an Approvers tab)

By default, if a user has no special authority on the travel tracker, they will only see the Main tab and the Calendar tab. If a user indicates that they are an approver or some other role and don’t have access to what they need, you will need to sign into their database and check the setup tables.

Sign into the database with the ccideveloper userid. Users with special authorities are listed on either the Setup tab or the Configuration Tab.

To see approvers for specific locations, click on the Setup Tables, Locations and then open the location. Note – the email addresses MUST be typed in all lowercase and must match the user’s email address. If the email address is incorrect, change the entry and save the table.
