Accessing the customers database

 

The customer database provides a central place to locate the customer app-garden databases.

Login using your ccisupport userid


To view information about the customer database, click on the text link (i.e. contracknc040.nsf)
This information will tell you which server the database resides on and who the main customer contact is.
NOTE:
Customers on appgarden1 (Beaufort), appgarden3 (Gaston) and appgarden4 (Wilkes) do NOT register on the appgarden, but use their network logins. All other customers are on appgarden2 at this point and use the appgarden registration process to register their email address and login.
Also note the setting that indicates if NON-SCHOOL REGISTRATION is allowed. If this is set to No, then only email addresses that match the email domain of the customer are allowed (in this example caldwellschools.com). Typically the Travel Tracker does not allow non-school registrations. The volunteer always allows outside registrations.

To actually log into a customer’s live database for troubleshooting purposes, click on the ICON for their database. Note – you will not need to login again as your ccisupport userid has access to all customer databases.
